Your application will not be reviewed until all supporting documentation is received.

MONTHLY GROSS INCOME NEEDS TO BE 3 TIMES THE RENT.

Example: If the rent is $1000, multiply $1000 x 3 = $3000.00. You would need to make an income of $3000 per month.

Three months of check stubs from employment, previous years' W2, or previous years' 1099 if self-employed. 

$25.00 Application Fee (Per 18 yr. adult) (Non-Refundable).

$30.00 Credit and background check, non-refundable. It is a Transunion nationwide background check consisting of the credit report, landlord verification, employer verification, and eviction record.

Once the application has been reviewed, Transunion will send an email to initiate the credit and background check. You will then need to pay $30.00 to Transunion non-refundable

Applicants and co-applicants applying for the same rental cannot use the same email address.

If you have had a previous eviction in the last eight years, please do not apply; we will not accept your application.

If you have had a previous bankruptcy in the last seven years, please do not apply; we will not accept your application.

Pay  online either through EFT, with no convenience fee, or by credit card at a convenience fee charge of 2.95%
